Is it true that when you sleep with your hair wet, you get headaches?

People say you need to blow dry your hair when you take showers at night, or else when you're old, it will give you headaches. Is this true or is it fake?Is it true that when you sleep with your hair wet, you get headaches?
just if there is air currunt at the room u may catch cold and that may cause a headache

so its fake as long as u close the windowsIs it true that when you sleep with your hair wet, you get headaches?
Don't know,

but I still believe if you sleep with wet hair that you will get a cold, and I don't know where that came from.
i dont know if its true, but ive been going to sleep with wet hair for about 10 years now. im a gymnast and so i dont get home till late. the only time i have to shower is about an hour to an hour and a half before i go to sleep. now, my hair isnt soaking wet, but its still wet. in those 10 years, i have never gotten a headache from it. and whoever tells you that youre going to get sick from a wet head is lying. you get sick from germs, not because you didnt blow dry your hair!
False.
Yes it is
if u go to bed with wet hair, it is easier for u to catch a head cold, with really bad head aches. but the old-age head ache thing is an old wives tale
Never heard such a thing. I would say false. If anything, your hair will dry funny based on how you are laying on it. If that doesn't bother you, than don't worry about it.

I use to go outside in the winter with my hair wet and never got a cold, which is what people always told me.
