I heard in Australia people saying everyone there look alike so they must be related.Is it true Jamaica is so small everyone on the island is related?

Jamaica is a mixed race country. There are Chinese Jamaicans, Indian Jamaicans, White Jamaicans, Spanish Jamaicans, Japanese Jamaicans..etc but are still Jamaicans and Jamaicans come in all different shades ( black, brown, yellow, white, tan..etc ) so whoever told you that dosen't know anything about Jamaica and have never been there.
