Is it true that wind is caused by trees sneezing?

Is it true that wind is caused by trees sneezing? Someone told me this and I think it true because when it`s windy I see trees move like they sneezing.Is it true that wind is caused by trees sneezing?

But remember I have never found or said that trees do not sneez

Wind is the flow of air or other gases that compose an atmosphere, Unfortunately wind is not created by tress sneezing. That is very cute though.
