Is it true that Pennsylvania is changing the driving age to 18 for all of the kids born after 1991?

I was born in 92 and that will suck for me if i dont get my liscense when i should be.Is it true that Pennsylvania is changing the driving age to 18 for all of the kids born after 1991?

no it has not yet changed for pa residents yet but it still has a chance . the driving age is still 16.0 yrs old , in my town you can be 15.5 yrs old to start getting your permit.

I think its a grand idea. I didn't have my license until I was 18. I look back (24 now) and I can honestly say I was more aware of the importance of safe driving at that age vs. 16. Not only that, its another two years you have to realize how important and fragile life is, which will make you a more responsible, safer driver.
I don't know myself but maybe this website could help.

I haven't heard that. Have you checked out the PENDOT site? I know they are strict with learning permits now and classes for driving... Check out the regulations.
I haven't heard anything about it, but I think it's stupid if it is true. WHat's the point? Instead of having inexperienced 16 year olds out driving, you'd have inexperienced 18 year olds.
