Is it true you get billed if your family are executed in China?

Surely not! But I've heard a few times now that if you are arrested, 'tried' and executed in China that the Government send a bill to your family to cover costs.

Yes they do, in fact; i know it is basic procedure to execute the offender using a assault rifle with 1 hollow point bullet to the head. Then the government bills the family for the price of the bullet and the time.Is it true you get billed if your family are executed in China?
During the cultural revolution, enemies of the state (that's anyone who didn't enter into the spirit of things) were shot in the back of the head and their family were invoiced for the bullet. There's no bill if there's a trial.





A friend of mine who was an embarrassment to the Chinese state was recently beaten to death by a government hit squad. He was a blind 92 year old bishop. I'm awaiting the bill for wear and tear on their knuckles and boots.

The Chinese authorities dont need the cash for the bullet, they get enough of that from the sucker consumers in the West who finance the barbaric regime by buying Chinese products at high prices in the High Street, and the retailers who make HUGE profits from Chinese goods!
I have heard that story and they also pay for the bullet. i do not know if it is true or just propaganda but the cruelty of dictatorships is such that actually believe it because it sort of fits in with a twisted logic
