I read a post on the internet that said when you are preparing to ovulate and when you check the mucas, when it is at its longest point if the timing is right the sperm can live for up to 72hours?IS it true that when I ovulate and the mucas is the longest the sperm can live longer?
When you have good quality EWCM (egg white cervical mucous), this is when sperm will live the longest, averaging at 2-3 days, but POSSIBLY up to 5-7 days. With NO CM at all, sperm will live 2-3 hours. With other CMs, they will live somewhere between a few hours and a day or two.
