If someone is on probation, can their probation officer dip into their credit report? and if so, does the inquiery come up?

thanx 4 the help.Is it true that government agencies can dip into your credit report?
I can dip into your credit report if I want to pay a small fee. Yes, he can get at it if he wants and it will show your past and present on it.Is it true that government agencies can dip into your credit report?
Not legally without a warrant. That doesn't mean that they follow the law.
Yes they can and it depends on what type of inquiry they use that determines if it shows up as an inquiry or not.
If you're on prodbation your life is an open book. But in any case, if the Fed's want to look at your report, they will.
GOVT AGENCIES, CAN DO ANYTHING THEY WANT, YOU, ARE A NON-PERSON
yes they can.....especially if you owe them money!
In this computer age, the government can probably trace you from day one on earth, not just your credit. Nothing is private anymore. If two people know, then it is no longer a secret.
They are on probation. In order to get the privilege of probation - they had to agree to allow every aspect of their life to be looked into.
THEY CAN DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT%26lt; AND THEY WILL CONTINUE UNLESS PEOPLE STOP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I DIDN'T HELP PUT HIM IN OFFICE, SO ALL OF YOU THAT DID... HELP POOR GEORGE OUT........ HE COULDN'T BEAT HIS WAY OUT OF A WET PAPER BAG!
yea but so what? they cant change anything
